About Our Lender

Evan Hankel was born in Fargo, North Dakota and followed through on a promise he made to himself and permanently moved to SW Florida in 2015. He began a Financial Career with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. where he held positions as Branch Manager, Business Banking Portfolio Manager, and Risk Management for over fifteen years. He has received many awards, accolades and recognition for his career in finance, loans, and customer relationships. In 2018 he left his corporate retail career to focus primarily on Home Mortgage. Evan takes current, past, and present client relationships seriously and found the freedom and rewards of a close one on one approach in Home Mortgage to be extremely rewarding.

Evan relies on his vast financial and credit experience to help his clients achieve the dream of homeownership. Evan knows and understands that a Home is often the most expensive, personal and important purchase his clients will make, and he works hard to help identify their immediate and long-term financial goals. Each clients situation is different and requires the same level of service and attention. He relies on this knowledge and his strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. Evan strives to provide a seamless loan process that is driven by strong customer service to all of his clients.

When away from work Evan enjoys music, playing guitar, going to concerts, movies and the SW Florida Beach life. He volunteers through Jr Achievement year round to help K-12 students. He has been involved with this organization for a decade.
